Golden Apple Oatmeal
Serves: 1

Ingredients:
1/2 c Mott's® Golden Delicious apples, diced
1/3 c Each of: Apple juice, Water
1/8 t Salt (optional)
Dash each of: Cinnamon, Nutmeg
1/3 c Quick-cooking rolled oats, uncooked

Preparation:
Combine apples, juice, water and seasonings; bring to boil. Stir in rolled oats; cook 1 minute. Cover and let stand several minutes before serving.

Snackin' Yogurt
Sauce Serves: 1

Ingredients:
6-8 oz Unflavored nonfat yogurt
2 Dried figs, sliced
1/4 Mott's® red apple, cored, diced
1/2 Banana (small), sliced
2 T Granola
1 T Toasted pecans, chopped
2 T Maple syrup

Preparation:
Freeze yogurt about one hour. Remove lid and invert over small bowl. Puncture bottom of container and shake to loosen contents. Remove carton or spoon yogurt into bowl. Top with dried figs, apple, banana, granola and pecans. Pour on maple syrup.

Fresh Fruit Compote
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
1 lb. Mott's® apples, cored and cut into 1/2" pieces (about 3 medium)
1 lb. Pears, cored and cut into 1/2" inch pieces (about 2 medium)
1 c Dark raisins
1/2 c Orange juice
2 T Packed brown sugar
1 T Lemon juice
2 Fresh ginger slices, about 1/2" thick
1/4 t Ground allspice
1/2 c Walnuts, chopped and toasted

Preparations:
In a 2-quart microwavable casserole, combine the apples, pears, raisins, orange juice, brown sugar, lemon juice, ginger, and allspice. Cover tightly with a lid or vented plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 9 to 14 minutes, or until the fruits have softened, stirring after 5 minutes. Stir in the nuts. Re-cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Remove the ginger slices. Serve warm.

Hi-Fiber Fruit Sampler
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
12 prunes, pitted (about 1/2 cup)
2 bananas, sliced
2 Mott's® green apples, small, cored and sliced
2 pineapple, fresh slices, quartered
1 orange, sliced
8 strawberries
mint sprigs

Preparation:
Arrange fruits on 4 individual plates, dividing equally. Garnish each plate with mint sprig.

Microwave Fried Apples
Serves: 8

Ingredients:
8-10 Mott's® apples, medium, peeled, cored and cut into sections or pieces
2 T margarine
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 t brown sugar
1/2 t cinnamon
2 t lemon juice

Preparation:
Place prepared apples in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle lemon juice over apples and toss gently to coat apples. Sprinkle soft or melted margarine over apples and add brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Toss thoroughly until brown sugar, lemon margarine and nutmeg coat the apples evenly. Keep tossing (1-2 minutes) until apples begin to weep and a light glaze covers each apple. Lightly butter glass or microwave safe baking dish and pour apple mixture evenly in pan or dish. Cover with plastic wrap and pierce for steam to escape. Microwave for 8-10 minutes on high. Toss and stir and microwave 4-5 minutes further.

Hot Apples with Oat Topping
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
4 Mott's® apples, tart
2 T cornstarch
1/4 c maple syrup
2 t lemon juice
1 t cinnamon, ground
1 c rolled oats, quick cooking
1/4 c maple syrup
2 t oil
1 t vanilla

Preparation:
To make the apples: Peel and core the apples, then cut into small chunks. Place in a 9" glass pie plate and toss with lemon juice and cinnamon. Stir well. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high for 6 minutes, or until apples are tender. Let stand for 5 minutes.

To make the oat topping: Place the oats and cornstarch in another 9" glass pie plate. Drizzle with maple syrup, oil and vanilla. Mix well. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir well. Repeat 3 or 4 times, or until the oats are crisp and very lightly browned but not burned. Sprinkle over the apples.
