Apple Slices with Sunflower Butter Dips

 

2-4 Mott’s® Fresh apples any variety; sliced into wedges

SUNBUTTER® SUNFLOWER MARSHMALLOW DIP

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup marshmallow creme
1/4 cup sunflower butter (we used SunButter® Natural Crunch)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons water

PREPARATION

In a small bowl, combine marshmallow creme, sunflower butter, lemon juice, and water. Whisk until blended.

Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.

Serve with your favorite variety Mott’s Fresh apples slices.

 

CHOCOLATE SUNBUTTER® SPREAD

INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup milk (we used 2%)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup SunButter® (we used Creamy)

PREPARATION

In medium saucepan combine sugar and cocoa powder and stir until blended. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, then lower heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool for at least 5 minutes.

Add vanilla and SunButter, stirring until smooth. Let cool thoroughly before using.

Store in refrigerator. It will keep for about one week.
