Apple-Cabbage Slaw

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup plain lowfat yogurt
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon celery seeds
3 cups cabbage, shredded
2 cups Mott’s® Fresh Red Delicious or Mott’s® Fresh apples, sliced
1 cup celery, sliced diagonally
1/2 cup onions, thinly sliced into rings

PREPARATION

Pineapple Yogurt Dressing

Combine yogurt, pineapple juice, mustard and celery seeds. Mix well.

Salad

Combine cabbage, apples, celery and onions.

Gently toss with Pineapple Yogurt Dressing and serve.
