I know apples are nutritious, but how can I get my children to eat more of this healthy food?
It's no secret; kids can be finicky eaters. A little creativity can help. Try a few of our favorite tips:

  • smear peanut butter on sliced apples
  • slice apples into small sticks making it easy to hold in tiny hands and fingers
  • cut into cubes
  • add thin apple slices to children's ham or turkey sandwiches
  • try cheese and apples (similar to cheese and crackers) where you simply slice up apples and top with your favorite cheese slices.
