Punch
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
2 c Orange juice
3 T Lemon juice (juice of one lemon) - optional
6 oz Unsweetened pineapple juice
1 c Unsweetened apple juice
12 oz Lemon or lime sparkling mineral water
Preparation:
In a large pitcher, combine the fruit juices and sparkling
water. Pour over ice.

Smoothie
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1 Mott’s® Fresh Gala Apple, peeled, cored and
chopped
1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
1/2 c orange juice
1/4 c nonfat milk
Preparation:
In a blender combine frozen banana, orange juice, apple
and milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and
serve.
Granny’s
Apple Shake
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1/2 orange peeled
2 Mott’s® Fresh Granny Smith apples, seeded
and sliced
1 ripe banana
1 t brewers yeast
orange slice for garnish
Preparation:
Juice the orange and apple. Place juice, banana,
and yeast in a blender or food processor, and blend
until smooth. Garnish with orange slice.
